About the Role: Clinical Research Manager
We are hiring a Clinical Research Manager to join our team. You will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer and be responsible for all research initiatives done in collaboration with our customers. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing study protocols, recruiting customers to join research related initiatives and following up on their execution, drafting of manuscripts, abstracts and posters, and working with our Sales and Marketing teams in order to increase the awareness of our brand based on studies’ results.

About the team:
You will be joining an agile startup in its growth phase and will help build the clinical research team. The overall mission of the clinical research team is to demonstrate the impact of our product on care delivery using sound and scientifically validated methodologies. As a clinical research manager your efforts will be geared towards demonstrating the impact of our product on care delivery.

What you'll do
  • Study Management: Manage and oversee all aspects of clinical research projects in collaboration with our customers and advisory board, including development of study protocols.
  • Site Coordination: Liaise with healthcare institutions, investigators, and study sites to coordinate protocols, recruitment, data collection.
  • Regulatory & Ethics Submissions: Help customers with preparation of IRB/ethics applications and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to align clinical strategy with business objectives.
  • Research deliverables: Help customers with the reviewing of protocols, manuscripts, abstracts, posters, conference presentations and similar.

Who you are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in clinical research management or related roles.
  • Proven experience in leading research projects in collaborations with clinicians in academic hospitals.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical research life cycle, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice.
  • Excellent analytic skills with attention to detail for documentation review.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Desire to work in a high growth startup environment with the will and ability to bring in experience, knowledge and best practices for research projects.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Microsoft Suite, Hubspot, and Google Work Suite.
  • Good to have: experience working as a clinical research manager in a US academic hospital.
