The Role

We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to join the growing sales team. This is a quota-carrying role focused on selling the C8 Health SaaS platform to health systems and large practices across the US. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demoing to closing—and play a critical role in scaling the customer base.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signature
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, including proactive forecasting and funnel management
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
  • Collaborate with business development and customer success teams to drive engagement and adoption
  • Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Who You Are

  • At least 3 years of experience selling clinical IT software solutions to US health systems and practices
  • Experience working in a startup environment and thriving in fast-paced, high-growth settings
  • Strong communicator with excellent presentation and storytelling skills
  • Passionate about researching client needs and aligning them with key value propositions
  • Target-driven and motivated by hitting and exceeding sales goals
  • Problem-solving mindset and a collaborative attitude
  • Based in the US and authorized to work in the US

Bonus Points For

  • Experience selling to clinical stakeholders (e.g. department chairs, CMIOs, CNIOs)
  • Experience with consultative sales cycles in healthcare
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
