Job description
Join our French B2B Sales & Account Management team to support lead generation, partner onboarding and account management while gaining hands-on international e-commerce experience. You will work directly with merchants to grow idealo's presence in France and help improve the shopping experience for millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Support the French Sales & Account Management team in daily operations and assist with operational sales processes.
- Identify potential online shops for cooperation with idealo using defined quality criteria and market potential.
- Research relevant contacts and support outbound lead generation activities for the French market.
- Accompany incoming partner inquiries from first contact through successful onboarding on the idealo platform.
- Support account managers with operational requests from existing long-tail partners and contribute to smooth collaboration.
Requirements
- You are enrolled at a university and ideally have at least one year of study remaining; your field of study is less important than your motivation and interest in e-commerce.
- Very good French language skills and confident English communication. German skills are a plus.
- Interest in digital business models, online shopping and e-commerce trends in the French market.
- Structured working style, clear communication and proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to take responsibility and drive topics independently.
- Pragmatic problem-solving attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
