Job description
Support our team with influencer campaigns, creative projects and offline activations as a working student in Marketing Project Management.
You will work closely with experienced colleagues from Influencer Marketing, Partnerships and Brand Marketing and gain insights into different marketing initiatives. When campaigns go live smoothly and teams collaborate efficiently, you will directly see the impact of your work.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing projects in influencer marketing, partnerships, offline activations and creative campaigns.
- Prepare briefings, maintain project plans and trackers, coordinate follow-ups and support clear communication between different stakeholders.
- Assist in creator and partner research, campaign preparation, competitor monitoring as well as trend and market analyses.
- Help organise events, offline activations and cross-team marketing initiatives and document relevant decisions and next steps.
- Bring structure to operational processes, coordinate multiple tasks in parallel and support the team in driving projects forward efficiently.
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled at a university or college, ideally in marketing, communications, media, business or a comparable degree programme.
- You speak fluent English and French and communicate confidently in writing and verbally.
- You work in a structured, detail-oriented way and maintain an overview even when handling several tasks in parallel.
- You are interested in influencer marketing, partnerships, offline marketing and creative campaigns.
- You take responsibility and drive topics forward independently with intrinsic motivation and a proactive mindset.
