We are looking for a highly motivated working student to support our team on-site in Munich. Occupational health and safety (OHS) at Brainlab involves a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Our main goal is to promote a safe and healthy working environment while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. This includes general occupational safety, electrical safety, radiation protection, fire protection, risk assessments, and building inspections. Additionally, we support our European regional companies in the area of occupational safety.
As part of our team, you will support us with the following tasks:
- Managing our radiation protection program
- Organizing first aid and fire protection training
- Data maintenance in various lists and systems (e.g., hazardous materials directory or orders)
- Supporting the maintenance of occupational safety documents (e.g., risk assessments, building inspections, work instructions, etc.)
- Content management of the H&S intranet site (SharePoint)
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree program in engineering, business, marketing, law, or similar fields
Very good German and English skills
Organizational talent and good communication skills
Great interest in safety-related topics
Talent for analytical thinking and innovative solution approaches
Enjoyment of a dynamic range of tasks
