Job Description
Within our R&D Radiotherapy Positioning division we are developing solutions to accurately position patients for cancer radiotherapy. To strengthen our electronics design-team, we are looking for a (Senior) Electronics Engineer Embedded Systems.
- Development of electronic circuits considering the specific requirements of a medical device
- Assembly, testing, and debugging of prototypes
- Integration of system components into a complex medical device
- Collaboration with suppliers and development partners
- Support during regulatory approval tests (EMC, safety)
- Development of PLC controlled systems
- Creation and maintenance of the required documentation for medical devices
- High-level support for the technical support department
Qualifications
- University degree in electrical engineering or a comparable technical field
- Several years work experience in
- Mixed signal circuit design
- EMC compliant PCB design preferably using Altium Designer
- Software development for microcontrollers preferably STM32
- Ideally experience in
- Automation using PLCs
- Simulation of electronic circuits
- Practical craftsmanship skills, e.g., in building prototypes
- Enthusiasm for technology and a creative mind
- Ability and commitment for problem solving
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, German is a plus
- Good communication skills as well as a well-organized and clearly structured working style
