As an intern, you will support the Production Engineering team in a variety of projects related to process optimization, production and continuous improvement. You will gain insights into operational workflows, actively contribute to analyses, workshops and improvement measures, and take responsibility for your own work packages. You will get to know different company areas and help shape important process and project structures.
Your tasks:
- Conduct activity and process analyses
- Support production engineers in project work
- Participate in continuous improvement projects (CIP / Lean Management)
- Document and standardize processes and work instructions
- Perform logistics and material flow analyses including optimization and implementation of Kanban systems
Qualifications
- Studying a subject in the area of production and logistics, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field
- Ideally first experience or interest in production processes and project work
- Good technical and business understanding
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working
