Job Description
As part of our HR transformation and the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, we are professionalizing and digitizing our global HR end-to-end processes. We are looking for a candidate who advances HR conceptually, designs processes, and acts as a bridge to IT to establish sustainable solutions.
- HR process design with strategic perspective
- Analyze, harmonize and develop our global HR end-to-end processes (hire-to-retire)
- Design HR foundations and architectures (e.g., skills & competency framework, performance and talent logics, KPI models)
- Define governance and process standards
- Assess optimization potential and derive business cases
- Digitalization & SAP SuccessFactors
- Provide subject-matter support for the implementation and further development of SAP SuccessFactors
- Capture, prioritize and translate HR requirements into technical specifications
- Work closely with IT and implementation partners
- Contribute to test management, data quality, and role & authorization concepts
- Transformation & Enablement
- Advise and support HR business partners and managers
- Co-create change and enablement measures
- Ensure sustainable, scalable process and system structures
Qualifications
- University degree with a focus on HR, business, organizational development or equivalent
- Several years of experience in HR process management or HR transformation projects
- Solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
- Deep understanding of HR end-to-end processes (e.g., talent, performance, recruiting, learning)
- Experience in structured requirements management and collaboration with IT
- Conceptual strength, analytical thinking and strong implementation focus
- Confident stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
- Fluent German and English skills
