The key to success is our creative and talented team, consisting of approximately 2400 dedicated and motivated employees at 25 locations worldwide. To achieve our goals, we are looking for committed colleagues who stand behind our core values of "Curious, Authentic and Useful."
In June, Brainlab announced the spin-off of its former subsidiary Snke. Both companies will operate independently but continue to work closely together.
To sustainably manage the dynamic growth and further develop the organization, we are looking for an experienced person who will professionally advance People & Culture topics and take the structures to the next level.
As an HR Generalist, you will initially work in the HR department at Brainlab and support Snke during the transition phase. • Ensuring smooth HR administration (contracts, personnel files, HR systems, certificates)
  • Being a sparring partner for employees and managers in all HR-related matters
  • Further development and implementation of modern HR processes
  • Preparation and analysis of personnel key figures as well as deriving recommendations for management
  • Building and further developing HR reports and dashboards for transparency and data-based decisions
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of a strong, value-oriented corporate culture
  • Close cooperation with management on strategic people topics and (international) HR projects

Qualifications

  • Completed studies in business, social, or legal sciences, ideally with a focus on personnel
  • Several years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in an international and dynamic environment (start-up/scale-up, medium-sized company, or consultancy)
  • Very good knowledge of HR administration and German labor law; experience in international HR support is desirable
  • Experience in personnel and organizational development is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, high consulting competence, and empathy
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
  • Very good MS Office skills and ideally experience with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
  • Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written; any additional language is an advantage

Additional Information

  • A mutually supportive and international team
  • Meaningful activities with a lasting impact on medical technology
  • 30 vacation days plus December 24th and 31st off
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid working model within Germany
  • Underground parking spaces and secure bicycle storage room
  • Bicycle leasing via cooperation partner "BikeLeasing"
  • Award-winning, subsidized company restaurant and several cafés
  • Varied sports program in our state-of-the-art 360 sqm fitness studio
