Job Description

As part of our gym team, you will be responsible for the following areas:

Planning, implementation, and evaluation of fitness and health training offered on site for individual and group training with a focus on functional training
Implementation of internal health events and campaigns
Participation in the development of departmental goals, requirements, and systems
Implementation of quality standards and customer satisfaction
Coaching and motivating gym members
Ensuring that members have access to all infrastructures, equipment, and information necessary to make their training as effective as possible

Qualifications

Successfully completed studies in sports science with a focus and/or expertise in functional training
Professional experience in the fitness and health industry
Additional qualifications in yoga, pilates, indoor cycling, gymnastics, nutritional counseling, and mental training are advantageous
Fluent German and English skills, additional language skills are a plus
Strong communication skills, team spirit, and independent working style
