Job Description

• Creation and analysis of financial key figures, forecasts, and scenarios to support management and investor decisions
• Preparation of company and financial information for investors, banks, analysts, and internal stakeholders
• Participation in building professional investor relations processes and materials (e.g., pitch decks, company profiles, Q&A documents)
• Support in financing rounds, investor updates, and due diligence processes
• Market and competitor analyses, peer benchmarking, and monitoring of capital market trends
• Close collaboration with accounting, controlling, strategy, and external consultants (e.g., M&A, legal, IR agencies)

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in economics, finance, controlling, or comparable fields
• Several years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, or investor relations – preferably in a growth-oriented or international company environment
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business models and company valuations
• Interest in capital market communication, solid financial understanding
• Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI tools, PitchBook, or cap table management is a plus
• Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
• Team-oriented, structured, and solution-focused working style
