Application Consultant - Radiotherapy (RT) / France

Job Overview

At the forefront of health technology for over 35 years, Munich-based Brainlab digitizes medical workflows, from diagnosis to therapy, to offer clinicians and patients better treatment possibilities. Our digital ecosystem is used in around 4,000 hospitals in 120 countries.
We are seeking a motivated Application Consultant to support existing customers and the Sales team in the region, improving usability of Brainlab radiotherapy products and pursuing business development opportunities with strategic partners. Training will be provided at our Munich headquarters and on-the-job with experienced colleagues. From your home office you will travel to customers within France and the Benelux and support international accounts.

Job Description

Your duties will include:
  • Clinical education and support for high-end radiotherapy treatments
  • Understanding clinical workflows and assisting with product development and improvements
  • Travel to existing customers to grow routine clinical use of Brainlab products
  • Conduct customer trainings on radiotherapy product use
  • Support the sales team with detailed on-site and off-site product presentations
  • Provide on-site guidance and assistance to physicians and medical physicists during patient treatments
  • Communicate with strategic partners and develop mid- and long-term strategies aligned with Brainlab corporate strategy
  • Attend national and international meetings and symposia
  • Telephone contact, planning and follow-up of customer visits, and technical consultation

Qualifications

Required and preferred qualifications include:
  • Degree or certification in Medical Physics or Medical Dosimetry
  • Professional experience in Radiation Therapy, RT treatment planning or a related area (Brainlab RT product experience is an advantage)
  • Excellent training skills
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English
  • Sales and business affinity is a plus
  • Excellent organization, time management, teamwork and self-management skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • High comfort level with software and technology
  • Willingness to travel frequently (more than 80% of the time)
