Job Description
To strengthen our radiotherapy business, we are looking for a motivated Application Consultant (m/f/d) to support our existing and potential new customers in the region.
In this position, you will help to further develop the professional, innovative, and sympathetic image of Brainlab among customers and competitors. After a thorough training at our headquarters in Munich, you will work in an on-the-job training program with experienced colleagues. From your home office, you will support our customers in the DACH region.
Your tasks:
- Clinical training and support in high-end radiotherapy treatments
- Analysis of clinical workflows and participation in the further development of our products
- Customer visits to promote the routine use of Brainlab products
- Conducting user training for our radiotherapy products
- Supporting the sales team with well-founded product presentations on-site and in-house
- Consultation and support of physicians and medical physicists during patient treatments
- Communication with strategic partners and development of creative medium- and long-term strategies in line with Brainlab's corporate strategy
- Participation in national and international conferences and symposia
- Additional tasks: telephone customer contact, planning and follow-up of visits, as well as technical consulting
Qualifications
- Completed studies or certification in Medical Physics, Medical Dosimetry, as MTRA or in a comparable field
- Strong didactic skills and experience in user training
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as very good English skills
- Professional experience in radiotherapy, especially in RT treatment planning or a related field; clinical experience with Brainlab RT products is an advantage
- Strong sales understanding and entrepreneurial thinking are a plus
- Very good organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- High social competence, teamwork, and self-organization
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Confident handling of software and affinity for modern technology
- Willingness to travel regularly (more than 50% of working time)
- Residence or home office preferably located in the southern part of Bavaria or in Austria
