User Support & Activation Manager

Job Description

Do you want to concretely help patients, employees, and insured individuals better use a digital health solution? Join Axomove to:
  • Respond empathetically and efficiently to requests (chat, email, phone),
  • Proactively call new users to onboard and reassure them,
  • Set up activation journeys (follow-ups, micro-coaching),
  • Maintain a clear FAQ and useful tutorials,
  • Collect feedback to truly improve the product.
Objective: maximize usage (quantity & quality) and offer a simple, human, and effective experience.
You will measure:
  • Activation at day 7 / day 30, Time-To-First-Value,
  • CSAT, SLA, First Contact Resolution,
  • Usage frequency/adhesion and re-engagement after follow-up.

Candidate Profile

Required experience in support/care/onboarding (health, insurance, SaaS, or equivalent).
Comfortable on the phone, empathetic, pedagogical, organized.
Familiar with ticketing tools + CRM and enjoys measuring impact (SLA, CSAT, activation).
Perfect French; English is a plus.
Bonus: digital health, call scripts, mini-tutorial creation.

Interview Process

  • Discovery call (20 min) by phone,
  • Job interview (onboarding call simulation) with Caroline, customer & user success manager,
  • Final interview with Boris, Chief Business Officer and General Manager of Axomove.
