Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and efficiently to user requests via chat, email, and phone.
- Propose solutions tailored to their needs, while remaining empathetic and professional.
- Identify friction points and report user feedback to product teams.
- Participate in process optimization and the improvement of the knowledge base.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Contribute to creating educational content to better support users.
Candidate Profile
You are passionate about customer relations and want to be part of a human and innovative adventure. You enjoy solving problems and being creative in addressing user needs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and natural empathy.
- Ability to simplify technical subjects.
- Organized and rigorous in managing requests.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a plus.
- Interest in the healthcare sector and new technologies.
- Fluent in French, English is a plus.
Interview Process
One interview with Caroline, our Customer Success Manager, followed by an interview with Boris, our director and business manager, if successful.
