Business developer — Digital health (H/F)

Job Description

As a Business developer, you will be at the heart of Axomove's development in the health segment.
Your role: to drive adoption of the solution in healthcare facilities (public hospitals, university hospitals, rehabilitation centers, private clinics) by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to signing.
Your main missions:
  • Identify and prospect strategic healthcare facilities.
  • Conduct meetings with key stakeholders (physiatrists, management, purchasing departments).
  • Present and promote the solution at meetings, trade shows, or conferences.
  • Manage commercial negotiations through to signing.
  • Collaborate with marketing, scientific and customer success teams for smooth integration of new clients.
  • Actively contribute to the development of the network of medical ambassadors.

Profile Sought

  • More than 3 years experience in B2B sales in the health sector (medtech, pharma, medical devices or equivalent).
  • Excellent understanding of hospital decision-making circuits.
  • Ability to convince varied stakeholders (doctors, management, DIM, purchasing departments).
  • Strong skills in prospecting and closing.
  • Relational ease and taste for fieldwork.
  • Mastery of CRM and structured sales methods.
Bonus:
  • Existing network in the hospital/rehabilitation center world.
  • Experience in e-health or medical devices.
  • Clinical sensitivity.
