The Opportunity
We are seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to own and elevate our digital and social presence. This role partners closely with the Chief Content Officer to translate thought leadership, customer stories, and product narratives into high-impact digital campaigns targeting senior healthcare and health tech decision-makers. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role responsible for both strategy and execution.
What You'll Do
I. Own Social and Digital Execution
- Lead day-to-day management of Autonomize AI's social channels, with emphasis on LinkedIn: planning, posting, monitoring, and optimization.
- Build and maintain a social media content strategy and calendar aligned to campaigns, launches, events, and thought leadership.
- Ensure consistent cadence, brand voice, and message clarity across digital touchpoints.
Create High-Impact Content
- Create and edit social content across formats including short-form copy, carousels, infographics, video clips, and other multimedia assets for B2B healthcare audiences.
- Partner with the Chief Content Officer to repurpose long-form content (blogs, webinars, white papers) into high-performing social formats.
- Work with design and video teammates to brief, review, and optimize visual and video assets for social.
II. Run Campaigns and Experiments
- Develop and execute organic and paid social campaigns, including LinkedIn ads and boosted posts, from brief through creative development and measurement.
- Stay current on social, AI, and health tech trends and propose new content formats, channels, and experiments.
- Monitor competitor and industry activity and provide insights to marketing and leadership teams.
Engage the Community and Brand
- Manage community engagement across social channels, including comment moderation, responses, and proactive outreach to partners, customers, and influencers.
- Support employer branding and internal culture initiatives through social content highlighting team milestones, hiring, and company news.
Measure Performance and Optimize
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and campaign-based performance reports covering awareness, engagement, CTR, follower growth, and pipeline-related metrics where applicable.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights, recommendations, and testing plans.
- Operate and continuously learn modern creative and productivity tools (VEO3, Google AI Pro, Gamma, Freepik) and social scheduling/CMS platforms to accelerate content production.
You're a Fit If You Have
- Three to five or more years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, with at least two years in B2B tech, SaaS, or health tech.
- Proven track record owning LinkedIn or similar B2B social channels end to end, with measurable growth, engagement, or campaign impact.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools, including native LinkedIn analytics, scheduling platforms, and HubSpot or similar systems.
- Comfort building content calendars, coordinating across stakeholders, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience working in regulated or high-trust industries.
- High-ownership mentality with a strong bias to action and comfort on visible external communications.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in health tech, AI or machine learning, payer or provider organizations, or adjacent healthcare innovation sectors.
- Familiarity with SEO and content optimization, including repurposing long-form assets into multi-channel campaigns.
- Basic video editing or motion graphics skills for repurposing webinars, interviews, and events into short-form social content.
- Exposure to marketing automation, email nurture programs, or CRM-connected campaigns that align social efforts with pipeline and revenue.
