Support the founders with day-to-day operational tasks, program and project management, and cross-functional coordination. Drive process improvements, collect and analyze operational metrics, manage special projects, and help scale internal systems and workflows. Act as a force-multiplier for the leadership team, taking ownership of end-to-end initiatives and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Typical activities may include coordinating hiring and onboarding, vendor and partner management, preparing investor or board materials, and setting up operational dashboards.

Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving startup environment. 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, strategy, program management, or as an executive/founder’s assistant. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort with data analysis and basic tooling (spreadsheets, project management software).
