Role Overview

You will be a full-cycle recruiter thriving in fast-paced environments, embodying values of ownership, urgency, and raising the bar. You will own full-cycle recruiting for technical teams involved in AI and product development.

First 6–12 Months Responsibilities

  • Build and manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across engineering, AI, and product.
  • Develop outbound sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn to bring in high-quality candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define scorecards, structure interviews, and close top talent.
  • Ensure a top-tier candidate experience from first contact to offer.
  • Establish scalable recruiting processes aligned with company growth.
  • Enhance Assort’s talent brand through creative tools and engagement.

Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of in-house recruiting experience, preferably focused on technical roles in high-bar environments.
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, from scorecards to offers and closing.
  • Familiarity with tools like Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Dripify.
  • Creative sourcing skills using platforms such as GitHub, forums, referrals, and AI sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication skills and candidate engagement abilities.
  • Ownership mindset with ability to manage pipelines and continuously raise standards.
