About The Role

You are a product marketer skilled in translating complex technology into clear, compelling stories for users and decision-makers. You embody values of patient impact, curiosity, and accountability. As the first product marketer at Assort, you will build the marketing function from scratch and work directly with the founders to shape narrative and go-to-market strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Craft and socialize a unified messaging and positioning framework targeting COOs, practice managers, and clinicians.
  • Lead integrated product launches that contribute over 30% of new pipeline.
  • Produce customer proof assets like case studies, videos, and ROI models to shorten sales cycles by 20%.
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials including decks, battlecards, ROI calculators, and objection handling guides.
  • Collaborate with Product teams on pricing and packaging experiments to accelerate annual recurring revenue growth.
  • Create an EHR-integration microsite to improve search ranking and double demo requests.
  • Update competitor battlecards in response to new funding events.
  • Launch and analyze A/B nurture sequences to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion by 15%.

What You Bring

  • 5-8 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience focused on non-technical buyers, preferably in healthtech, govtech, edtech, or fintech sectors, with proven ability to lead positioning and launch programs from zero to one.
  • Strong storytelling skills in written, verbal, and visual communication.
  • Technical knowledge to effectively brief engineers and reassure CIOs.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Marketo, GA, Looker, and basic design tools like Slides and Figma.
  • Bonus if you have experience within provider organizations, EHR ecosystems, or applied AI platforms.
