About The Role
We’re looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — helping businesses realize the value of Assort’s AI platform.
Assort Health is at an inflection point, closing millions in ARR each quarter with a lean sales team. You’ll play a key role in accelerating that growth and shaping our go-to-market strategy.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, focusing on net new customer acquisition.
- Develop and refine our sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with leadership to craft compelling sales strategies and drive urgency in deals.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure strong alignment between sales efforts and product development.
- Deliver persuasive product demos and articulate the value of Assort’s platform to potential customers.
- Manage and track sales activities in our CRM, maintaining an accurate and healthy pipeline.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to position Assort effectively.
- Contribute to Assort’s growth by helping build a high-performing sales culture and mentoring new team members.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of full-cycle experience within B2B SaaS.
- Track record of exceeding quotas and closing deals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade decision-makers.
- Comfort with technical products and ability to simplify complex solutions for prospects.

- Experience at an early-stage company or high-growth startup.
- Previous experience selling AI-driven or automation-based solutions.
