We are currently rolling out our system in care facilities across Europe and are looking for you: a new team member with technical understanding and the desire to make real impact.
About the Role
As a Technical Operations Specialist, you are an important team member for the efficient running of our manufacturing processes. Additionally, you control all steps on the way to the successful implementation of our system in care facilities. You maintain close contact with the software and firmware team, take over the quality management of the hardware and the finished system, and act as the contact person for stakeholders, external suppliers, and care facilities.
Your Tasks
Assembly, testing, and optimization of all hardware, firmware, and partly software components based on our quality standards
Performing comprehensive functional and performance tests of hardware and software, including sensors, wearables, cloud applications, web app, and mobile app
Monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting in close cooperation with the software and embedded systems team, on- and off-site
Coordination, implementation, and technical monitoring of our system in care facilities to ensure smooth and lasting application
Supply chain management: coordinating suppliers, inventory management, and supporting procurement and manufacturing processes
Actively contributing to the next product generation by defining and developing requirements for our hardware and software components
Your Profile
Completed bachelor's or master's degree with substantial technical component, e.g., industrial engineering, software engineering/computer science, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, IoT or a comparable field
Passion for diverse technical topics and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with them
Hands-on mentality and eagerness to get to the bottom of things
Strong team spirit, structured working style, and problem-solving skills
Very good German language skills (min. B2), good English skills
Willingness to travel to implement our system in care facilities
Nice to Have
Experience with Linux operating systems, command line interfaces (CLI), error reporting tools (e.g., Jira ticketing), and basic understanding of network concepts for IoT devices
Valid driving license (Class B)
