We are currently rolling out our system in care facilities throughout Europe and are looking for you: a new team member with technical understanding and desire to make a real impact.
About the role
As a Service Technician (m/f/d), you will independently assume all steps on the path to the successful implementation of our system in care facilities and clinics. You will work closely with our operations team supporting the installation, configuration, and commissioning of our product on-site. Simultaneously, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, fault detection and correction, and further development of our hardware components in collaboration with our hardware and software teams.
Your tasks
Independent installation and maintenance of our IoT devices in various care facilities and clinics (Europe-wide with a focus on the German-speaking region)
Conducting functional tests and quality assurance to ensure stable operation at the Berlin location
Continuous monitoring of system functionality (remote and on-site) as well as error analysis and correction
Collaboration with the software and embedded systems team for troubleshooting and optimization
Documentation of installation processes and escalation of technical problems
Active participation in process optimization and in the next product generation by defining and developing requirements for our product components
Your profile
You have a technical education or a degree with a technical part - preferably also lateral entrants with technical understanding
You bring manual skills and enjoy getting things running
Ideally, you have experience in the installation and configuration of technical devices
High willingness to travel within Europe
Hands-on mentality, structured working style, and joy in independent work in a medical and care environment
Empathetic appearance and communication skills in dealing with care staff in care facilities and clinics
Very good German skills (at least B2), good English skills
Class B driver's license

Salary depending on experience and qualification between 40,000–53,000 € gross per year
