Your tasks:
- You are actively involved in the sales process as well as onboarding of nursing homes and manage pilot and test phases on site and in planning
- Contribute to the design and optimization of support for nursing staff and nursing management
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive management and problem resolution in application
- Project responsibility in nursing homes during test and regular operational phases
- Communicative tasks between and with caregivers in the context of product introduction
- Conduct workshops, training, and instructions for caregivers following guidance
- Building and optimizing support and account processes
Your profile – what you bring
- At least 2 years experience in stationary long-term care as a nurse/care professional/geriatric nurse or equivalent
- Additional completed training, further education, or studies, e.g., in care management, economics, or equivalent
- Confident use of MS Office programs and general willingness to work with digital tools in an IT startup
- Strong coordination and organizational skills in a highly dynamic environment
- High discretion and reliability, initiative, and social competence
- Strong communication skills and service orientation
- Structured, independent, and responsible working style
- Willingness to travel
- Class B driver's license
- Advantageous: Technical affinity and quick comprehension when using new tools
