Your tasks:
  • You are actively involved in the sales process as well as onboarding of nursing homes and manage pilot and test phases on site and in planning
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of support for nursing staff and nursing management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive management and problem resolution in application
  • Project responsibility in nursing homes during test and regular operational phases
  • Communicative tasks between and with caregivers in the context of product introduction
  • Conduct workshops, training, and instructions for caregivers following guidance
  • Building and optimizing support and account processes
Your profile – what you bring
  • At least 2 years experience in stationary long-term care as a nurse/care professional/geriatric nurse or equivalent
  • Additional completed training, further education, or studies, e.g., in care management, economics, or equivalent
  • Confident use of MS Office programs and general willingness to work with digital tools in an IT startup
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills in a highly dynamic environment
  • High discretion and reliability, initiative, and social competence
  • Strong communication skills and service orientation
  • Structured, independent, and responsible working style
  • Willingness to travel
  • Class B driver's license
  • Advantageous: Technical affinity and quick comprehension when using new tools
