About the role
To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately for an experienced Product Owner. You take responsibility for the entire product development - focusing on user centricity, scalability, and regulatory security.
Specifically:
- You take responsibility for our digital IoT platform - consisting of web app, sensors, and cloud-based backend - and support it throughout the product lifecycle. You coordinate implementation in the interplay of hardware, software, and UX and ensure vision, user needs, and technical requirements come together seamlessly.
- You analyze feedback from caregivers, customers, and internal stakeholders, structure the feedback, and formulate clear, prioritized requirements for the development team.
- You develop a strategically sound product roadmap, define milestones and releases, and always keep market opportunities and user needs in mind.
- You work closely with our management, UX team, regulatory affairs, and external partners and ensure all development processes comply with regulatory requirements.
- You accompany the implementation of new features in the team, ensure user-centered product design, and ensure optimal alignment of technical implementation and user experience.
- You support the development team in continuously improving agile processes, clarify expectations, answer questions early, and bring structure to planning and implementation.
- You analyze KPIs and user behavior on the platform, derive data-driven decisions, and drive continuous product improvement.
Your profile - what you bring
- Bachelor's or master's degree with a technical component, e.g., industrial engineering or a comparable field.
- You have solid experience in a comparable role as a Product Owner/Manager.
- Prior knowledge in the development of medical products is desirable.
- You have holistically taken responsibility for technical product development - from the first idea to continuous further development.
- You understand how to analyze complex requirements from different sources, prioritize them, and translate them into clear, actionable measures for the team.
- As a communicative interface (fluent in German and English), you bring different teams together - with a strong focus on structured, solution-oriented collaboration.
- You work independently and with a strong initiative - and keep an overview even with parallel projects.
- You bring a strong interest in digital health solutions - and the desire to design products with real societal value.
