Your tasks:
  • You are actively involved in the sales process as well as onboarding of nursing homes and manage pilot and test phases on site and in planning
  • Contribute to designing and optimizing support for nursing staff and nursing management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive management and solving application problems
  • Project responsibility in nursing homes during test and regular operating phases
  • Communication tasks between and with nursing staff in the context of product introduction
  • Conduct workshops, training, and instruction for caregivers as directed
  • Build and optimize support and account processes
Your profile – what you bring:
  • At least 2 years of experience in inpatient long-term care as a nurse / care professional / geriatric nurse or equivalent
  • Additional completed training, continuing education or studies, e.g., in care management, business, or equivalent
  • Confident handling of MS Office programs and general willingness to work with digital tools in an IT startup
  • Strong coordination and organizational talent in a highly dynamic environment
  • High degree of discretion and reliability, initiative, and social competence
  • Strong communication skills and service orientation
  • Structured, independent, and responsible way of working
  • Willingness to travel
  • Driving license class B
  • Advantageous: Technical affinity and quick comprehension when using new tools
