Responsibilities
As the Senior Enterprise Marketing Manager, you will be the single-threaded owner of Arbiter’s GTM narrative, translating product capabilities into clear, credible, and commercially effective stories.
- Positioning & Messaging: Own messaging and positioning of Arbiter’s enterprise products. Develop ICP and persona-specific narratives across payers and providers, ensuring consistency across sales, marketing, PR, investor, and executive communications.
- Competitive & Market Intelligence: Lead analysis and category framing. Develop battlecards, win/loss insights, and POVs to equip sales to differentiate Arbiter in enterprise buying cycles, in partnership with Product and Sales.
- Sales Enablement: Build and maintain core sales assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, demo narratives, ROI frameworks, and proof-point libraries.
- Customer Stories & Proof Points: Own customer story development, case studies, early proof points, and cost of care and health outcome narratives.
- Launch Strategy: Lead GTM and launch strategy for new products, capabilities, partnerships, and customer announcements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Executive leadership to connect what we build with how we sell it.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise marketing.
- Demonstrated experience owning positioning and messaging for enterprise products.
- Experience in healthcare technology, health plans, provider organizations, or healthcare services.
- Strong track record of building sales enablement materials that drive revenue growth.
- Experience translating complex, technical products into clear, buyer-oriented narratives.
- Comfort working closely with Sales, Product, and executive leadership.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with enterprise buying cycles involving payers, providers, or regulated industries.
- Experience supporting Series A / Series B fundraising narratives.
- Background working in highly technical or data-driven product environments.
Location
This role is remote (US). It can also be onsite based in our New York City or Boca Raton offices, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pay Transparency
The annual base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $240,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skill level, and other factors.
