Job Overview
Aradigm is hiring Strategy & Operations Associates / Managers to work on high-priority projects from strategy through execution. This central role partners across functions to deliver initiatives that advance access to cell and gene therapies.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement operational initiatives and system improvements to drive growth and efficiency.
- Lead high-impact strategic initiatives end-to-end (problem framing to execution and measurement).
- Partner with business functions across Aradigm to deliver on key initiatives.
- Analyze business metrics and data to uncover insights and drive recommendations.
Who You Are
- 2–5+ years experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, investment banking, or operating roles at high-growth companies (payer, PBM, pharma services, or value-based care preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional communication—comfortable translating complex insights into actionable recommendations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity; mission-driven with interest in access and affordability.
