Sr. Associate/Manager, Growth

This Role: As a Senior Associate/Manager of Growth, you’ll help accelerate Aradigm’s commercial momentum by supporting partnership strategy and go-to-market execution. You’ll work directly with the leadership team to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic proposals, and manage the pipeline across payers, employers, and strategic partners.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify and prioritize growth opportunities across payer, employer, and Medicaid markets.
  • Develop partner proposals, pricing models, and presentations for prospective clients and investors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine value propositions and messaging for new audiences.
  • Manage early-stage pipeline tracking, reporting, and coordination with senior leadership.
  • Support preparation for conferences, RFPs, and strategic partner meetings.

Who You Are

  • 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, or growth (payer, PBM, pharma services, or value-based care preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex policy, financial, or clinical information.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills—comfortable translating technical content into strategic narratives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Mission-driven with interest in access, affordability, and innovation in healthcare.
