Associate, Network Strategy

We're building the operational backbone of our provider network — and we want someone who sees that as a blank canvas. As a Network Strategy associate, you'll work directly with our network leadership to design and scale the systems, workflows, and infrastructure that power our provider partnerships. You help manage processes, while building and automating them.
This is a role for someone who's restless. Someone who finishes a manual task and immediately asks: why am I doing this by hand?

What you'll do

  • Support development of the operational infrastructure behind provider contracting and onboarding — including playbooks, trackers, and workflows that scale as the network grows.
  • Identify repetitive, manual processes across the network team and systematically eliminate them using AI tools, including Claude and Claude Code.
  • Support provider performance management cycles (JOCs, scorecards, reporting).
  • Draft, maintain, and drive continuous improvement across provider-facing materials — with an eye toward templating and automation.
  • Serve as connective tissue across Operations, Clinical, and Product, synthesizing network feedback into structured inputs for the broader team.
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools that give leadership real-time visibility into network health, contracting status, and performance metrics.

Who you are

  • 3–5 years of experience, with a foundation in healthcare, consulting, banking, or a similarly rigorous environment — you know how to structure ambiguous problems and deliver clean outputs.
  • Obsessed with automation; you've already been experimenting with Claude, Claude Code, or similar AI tools to eliminate grunt work.
  • You build things that last. When you create a process, you think about version two before version one is done.
  • Strong written communicator — you can produce clean, professional external materials as easily as you can write a tight internal memo.
  • Highly organized and self-directed. You don't need a lot of hand-holding, but you know when to ask.
  • Energized by the mission — you want the work to matter.
