Aidoc is recruiting a Tech Lead for their AI Algorithms group in Tel Aviv. This role focuses on developing cutting-edge AI solutions in healthcare, enhancing medical imaging and diagnostics.

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead design, development, and implementation of accurate and robust AI algorithms for medical data hands-on.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and clinical data experts to integrate AI considerations into R&D and product decisions.
- Design and conduct research to improve algorithm performance and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest AI and machine learning advancements in the medical domain and drive their adoption.
- Manage multiple projects ensuring successful execution, timely delivery, and alignment with product and business objectives.
- Provide strategic direction and technical mentoring to elevate AI team capabilities.
Requirements include a Master’s or Ph.D. in relevant fields, 7+ years AI/DL algorithm experience preferably in healthcare/medical imaging, proven project leadership and commercial success, strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, Python proficiency, and desirable experience in computer vision, NLP, and healthcare industry.
