We are a design-led health technology company on a mission to make prescribed care as effective as possible. Using conversational AI, our flagship product Aide helps patients and clinicians manage multiple chronic conditions, while Mirror is a medical AI note‑taker that helps patients and their caregivers remember and act on appointment information.
What we do
We build evidence-driven digital pathways that support patient self-management at scale for healthcare systems and life sciences. Our products improve medicine adherence and clinical outcomes, with reported metrics including a 30-day patient retention rate of 70%+, average medication adherence of 73.3% for users of Aide, and support for multiple conditions (including asthma, diabetes, hypertension, COPD, CKD and obesity).
Founded in 2021, Aide Health partners with NHS organisations and the life sciences sector, has secured pre-seed funding and competitive grants (including NIHR and UKRI awards), and has been selected for programmes such as Google for Startups: AI for Health. Our platform is Class I UK medical device certified.
We are patient-centred, take a long-term view, focus on evidence while remaining willing to innovate, and aim to set high standards in digital health experience design.
