The Implementation and Success Manager role is focused on managing client implementations and ensuring customer success, particularly on the East Coast of the USA. The primary responsibility includes managing the onboarding process, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of AEYE Health products within client organizations, and maintaining strong client relations to drive satisfaction and retention.

Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients on the East Coast, coordinating with internal teams and client stakeholders.

Support clients post-implementation to ensure they achieve desired outcomes and value from AEYE Health solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote product utilization and satisfaction.

Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to address client needs and feedback.

Proven experience in customer success, implementation management, or a related field.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ability to work remotely and coordinate efficiently with distributed teams and clients.
