We are seeking an Implementation and Success Manager to join our team. This role is focused on managing the implementation of our solutions and ensuring customer success throughout their experience.

Oversee and manage the successful implementation of AEYE Health solutions with customers on the East Coast, USA. Work closely with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with the products. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent support and service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success management or a related field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
