Senior Marketing Manager / Interim Head of Marketing (Full-time in Vienna, Parental Leave Cover with Perspective)
haelsi makes health easy – in our three health centers, in over 100 companies, and online.
Every month, we take care of over 5,000 patients, 100+ doctors, and a growing network of corporate clients.
We are looking for marketing reinforcement at a senior level as a parental leave cover, with a perspective for long-term employment and growth at haelsi. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role during a growth phase and dock with us long-term.
Your Role
As a Senior Marketing Manager, you take the helm of our marketing team and ensure that our utilization, memberships, and brand perception land exactly where they belong: at the top.
Your focus is on measurable growth:
- You manage our utilization campaigns across 100+ doctors with weekly prioritization and clear goals.
- You are responsible for our marketing planning and performance – from strategy to implementation.
- You optimize our funnels for membership acquisition – paid, organic, and referral.
- You further develop our B2C, B2B, and provider marketing – with attention to detail and a big-picture view.
- You ensure that brand, tone, and design remain on point – online and offline.
- You coach and manage our strong marketing team and work closely with Ops, Sales, Product & Customer Service – ensuring focus, pace, and impact.
What You Should Bring
- 7+ years of experience in growth-oriented marketing – ideally in B2C subscriptions, services, or healthcare. Additional B2B experience is helpful.
- You love numbers, funnels, and performance KPIs – and make pragmatic decisions based on these.
- You have led or coached teams and bring structure and clarity.
- You can prioritize, communicate, and inspire others – even under pressure.
- You work independently, bring horsepower to the road, and are a real driver.
- You are hands-on but also think strategically – both are crucial for us.
- You love AI and actively bring new tools, trends, and knowledge into our processes to take our marketing to the next level.
