Your Role

As a Sales Manager B2B (Account Executive) at haelsi, you are part of our go-to-market team and responsible for the entire sales journey – from lead generation to closing. You are our first sales hire!
Specifically, this means:
  • You actively hunt new customers – focusing on online research, cold calling by phone, email and LinkedIn and bring exciting companies that match our ICP on board.
  • After training by our co-founder and CEO, you quickly conduct sales talks independently, understand the needs of the contacts and convince with suitable solutions.
  • You enthusiastically present our offer in online demos and negotiate confidently until closing. You independently get the relevant resources and people on board within the company.
  • You work structured along defined KPIs (e.g. number of booked calls, offers, closings) and reach your monthly and quarterly goals.
  • You give our team concrete customer feedback that helps us to further develop the offer.
Your Profile
  • Ideally experience in sales, customer support or a similar field – e.g. as account manager, customer advisor or in a sales role.
  • You have no fear of cold calling, like to approach unknown people and remain persistent and charming even in setbacks.
  • You communicate clearly, empathically and professionally – and manage to win others for your ideas.
  • You work independently, act proactively and have a good sense for new opportunities.
  • You speak German at a native level and good English – both written and spoken.
  • You live in Vienna or are willing to move here – and have a valid work permit for Austria.
This is a plus (but not a must):
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), LinkedIn or Sales Navigator.
  • Interest in healthcare, digital solutions or B2B software.

    • Fixed salary according to collective agreement: 2,396 € gross/month
    • Your actual salary is – depending on experience – above this.

We are legally required to state the collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 2,396 gross per month. Your actual salary naturally depends on your qualifications and experience. For this position, an annual target salary (OTE) of around EUR 45,000 gross at 100% target achievement is planned – consisting of a fixed salary (about 75%) and a variable bonus component (about 25%). Your bonus is open-ended, more comes out for you with overperformance.
