Product Manager

Full time
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be our first full-time Product Manager. Your work will make the lives of our patients and medical team 20x better. To that end:
  • You’ll work closely with our Co-Founder and CPO to translate our vision, mission and strategic goals into actionable tasks and priorities for the team and align with other development streams.
  • You’ll scope out an MVP of an idea, check its performance, and base iterations and improvements on the learnings and metrics.
  • You’ll transform visions and ideas into actions and different stakeholder needs into requirements, epics and user-stories that are clearly understandable and actionable for our developers.
  • You’ll guide us in breaking down ambitious goals into smaller value deliverable stories.
  • You’ll manage the backlog, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress.
  • You take end to end ownership of the product process and ensure we are bringing maximum value to our users.
  • You’ll take ownership of the product and continuously seek to improve it. Good enough is never enough for you, but you also know how to push back on feature requests and wish lists.
  • You’ll learn to deeply understand our customers' needs (doctors and patients), backed by research (Our experienced Co-Founder Christopher will guide you through healthcare needs)

You’ll probably have
  • Crazy product passion, an analytical and growth mindset, and really good organizational skills.
  • At least 1 year working experience as a Product Manager in an agile environment and a solid understanding of the role.
  • You are a great communicator and see yourself as the interface between engineering and business.
  • You are a first principles thinker, you love getting to the root cause of something.
  • You are an analytical and strategic thinker, with strong communication skills.
  • You have a strong customer empathy (for both, patients and doctors) and experience shaping products based on customer needs.
  • You are detail-oriented and data-driven. You love to base your decisions on facts and numbers and like to dig into the data.
  • You are a hands-on doer who doesn't need to be told what to do, but who is proactively taking on what needs to be done.
  • You live in Vienna or you are willing to relocate to Vienna

You’ll love this role if
  • You’re a team player, who likes to find the best solutions in collaboration with their whole cross functional team.
  • You like discovering things. You ask lots of questions and are interested in what you’ll find.
  • You can deal with chaos and disorder and you know how turn it into process and progress.

He’ll sometimes catch up on emails later, but won’t expect responses or calls at night.
  • We operate on trust for as long as we can. We schedule and record work days to help everyone plan ahead and maintain speed, and to make sure you’re taking enough time off.
  • Competitive compensation, including equity, so you can build ownership in our company. We don’t want to be your best paying option — we want you to join because we have the most impactful, interesting job for you!
