What you will do with us
As part of our office logistics team, you ensure that our health centers function smoothly and our doctors and patients feel comfortable. Your tasks include:
- Restocking consumables like bed rolls, towels, disinfectants, soap, cutlery, etc.
- Disposal of waste, especially during doctor changes.
- Checking and ensuring cleanliness of surfaces and floors.
- Appointment coordination for haelsi patients by email, phone, and on-site.
- First point of contact for patients on the phone, email, and on-site for all questions about our service offerings and our practitioners.
- Performing organizational and administrative tasks required in practice operations.
What you bring with you:
- Willingness to work 20 hours with fixed shift times.
- You enjoy proactive care of people.
- Friendliness and excellent manners come naturally to you.
- You work independently and seek solutions.
- You enjoy working in a team and are flexible.
- You keep a cool head even during short stressful phases.
- Very good German and good English in spoken and written form.
- Confident handling of apps and programs on computer and mobile phone.
