• As an ordination assistant, you care for our patients during their preventive check-ups and support in everyday practice operations.
• You are the friendly face of haelsi and often the first contact person for our patients.

What you will do with us

• Applying and conducting resting, 24-hour, and stress ECGs under medical supervision for subsequent medical evaluation within our haelsi preventive checks.
• Performing standardized diagnostic programs like lung function measurement, BIA measurement, etc.
• Ensuring practice hygiene.
• Conducting simple assistant activities during medical procedures.

• Appointment coordination for haelsi patients via email, phone, and on-site.
• First contact person on the phone, by email, on-site for patients regarding all questions about our service offers and practitioners.
• Carrying out organizational and administrative tasks required in practice operations.

What you bring with you

• Completed and recognized training as an ordination assistant according to MAB-G in Austria and/or a recognized qualification certificate from an EEA contracting state.
• Willingness to work 20-40 hours with fixed shifts.
• Excellent German in spoken and written and good English; we have many international patients.
• Very confident with computers, software, and smartphones.
• Willingness to work at a main location but also temporarily at our other locations and occasionally at our corporate clients.
• First aid knowledge and willingness to refresh regularly.

• Appreciation and communication on an equal footing with our patients, practitioners, and all other colleagues.
• Efficiency and stress resilience, even when patients come late or have a bad day.
• Joy in change and technology. We use IT to make life easier for our patients and expect openness to new tools from you too.
• Willingness to engage in further training and education.

• The monthly gross salary on a full-time basis is €2,005.27 according to the collective agreement. Your actual salary may be higher depending on your education, qualification, and professional experience.
