Medical Masseur / Heilmasseur Job Description

• As a Medical Masseur / Heilmasseur, you will therapeutically care for our patients comprehensively. You will work closely with our elective doctors, therapists, and medical team.
• You will perform all usual healing massages according to medical prescriptions or on your own initiative at the high level our patients expect.

Your Qualifications:

• Completed recognized training as a Heilmasseur in Austria with at least 2 years of professional experience (employment or freelance).
• Recognized qualification certificate from an EEA contracting state.
• Willingness to work 10-30 hours (preferably afternoons) with fixed core times and otherwise flexible scheduling. Hours can be increased in the medium term.
• Respectful communication with patients and colleagues on an equal footing.
• Good time management. Being consistently 10 minutes late is unacceptable; efficiency is expected from patients.
• Joy in change and technology; openness to new tools and processes as haelsi continuously develops them.
• Good German or English. Treatment-secure English is a big plus due to many international patients.
• Willingness to work at one or two of our locations (currently 1020, 1040, and 1180 Vienna) initially.
• Willingness for further training and education.
• Nice to have: willingness to work on-site at corporate client locations.
