As a Junior Account Executive – B2B Occupational Medicine, you are responsible for acquiring new corporate clients for haelsi from the first contact to contract signing. Your main focus is sales, including cold calling, qualifying decision-makers, and closing deals.
You receive the necessary knowledge, modern tools, and close mentoring to quickly develop into a sales professional in healthcare.

Your Role

You are part of our Go-to-Market team managing the entire sales journey from lead generation to closing. You are our first sales hire.
Specifically:
  • Proactively prospect new customers through online research, cold calling via phone, email, and LinkedIn, targeting companies that fit our ICP.
  • Conduct sales conversations independently after training by the Co-Founder and CEO, understand client needs, and present suitable solutions.
  • Present our offer enthusiastically in online demos and negotiate confidently to the close, engaging relevant stakeholders in the client company as needed.
  • Work structured according to defined KPIs (such as booked calls, offers, closures) and reach monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Provide concrete customer feedback to help improve the offer.

Requirements

  • Ideally experience in sales, customer support, or similar roles (e.g., account manager, sales role).
  • Comfortable with cold calling and persistent with charm even after setbacks.
  • Clear, empathetic, professional communication and ability to persuade others.
  • Independent, proactive work ethic with a sense for new opportunities.
  • Native-level German and good English (written and spoken).
  • Living in Vienna or willing to relocate there with a valid work permit for Austria.
  • Plus (not mandatory): Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), LinkedIn, or Sales Navigator.
  • Interest in healthcare, digital solutions, or B2B software.

Salary Information

Legally mandated minimum collective agreement salary of EUR 2,396 gross per month. Actual salary depends on qualifications and experience. Target annual OTE approx. EUR 45,000 gross at 100% target achievement, consisting of base salary (approx. 75%) and variable bonus (approx. 25%) with no upper limit on bonus for overperformance.
