- Care with heart! Our team combines professional excellence with human warmth – for health experiences that remain memorable. You want to be part of this.
- Comprehensive care for diverse patients. As a psychologist, psychotherapist, or occupational psychologist, you will care for patients with very different issues using all common clinical psychological treatment strategies. Work-related questions (stress, burnout) are frequent, but our patients and their issues are diverse.
- You develop formats for group therapy on demand and implement them both in person and online through webinars and lectures (psychoeducation, progressive muscle relaxation, etc.).
- Be creative! When not treating patients, you create medical content together with our marketing team for our patients and web appearances: videos with exercises, blog articles, and more. Your creativity has no limits!
- You carefully plan and document your activities and prepare invoices if necessary.
- Collaboration with our multidisciplinary team of attending physicians, therapists, and employed medical staff. Regular interdisciplinary team meetings and contribution to conceptual work, e.g., developing new offerings.
- Interested in additional income or trying self-employment? You can also work as a freelancer with us on an hourly basis if you want.
👍 What you bring:
- The basics
- Completed university studies in psychology (diploma or master's) or completed training as a clinical psychologist
- Postgraduate psychotherapy training is advantageous
- Registration in the Federal Ministry of Health list
- At least 3 years of experience in psychological counseling or treatment of adult clients
- Advantages
- Additional qualifications and prior experience in occupational psychology
- Experience in online counseling
- English and other foreign languages
- A plus but not a must: availability in the evening/weekend and diverse language skills
- Willingness to work 15-20 hours with fixed core times and otherwise flexible scheduling. Hours can be increased mid-term.
- Appreciation and communication at eye level with our patients and all colleagues.
- Independent, reliable, and precise working style. You have a lot of freedom and use it responsibly.
- Good time management. Being 10 minutes late won’t work here; we are very efficient, and our patients expect this.
- Joy in change and technology. We use technology to make life easier for our patients and expect openness to new tools and processes continually developed.
- Flexibility and resilience: We offer fixed hours and times, but sometimes life doesn’t cooperate, and we need flexibility – you get the time back 1:1.
- Good German and at least one other language. Treatment-safe English is a big plus; we have many international patients.
- Willingness to work at all locations (currently 1020 and 1180 Vienna) and online; initially mainly in 1020 and online.
- Willingness for further training.
